Introduction

ValleySpeak is a maker of Project Management software. Our flagship product, ValleySpeak Project Server is designed to allow Project Managers to use Microsoft Project for managing their projects, while at the same time giving Team Members inexpensive and easy to use browser based access to project status in real time. With capabilities like issue tracking, risk management, timesheet management, document management, calendar management, integrated reporting, discussion groups and a roles-based dashboard, ValleySpeak Project Server gives Project Managers capabilities far beyond what Microsoft Project alone provides, allowing them to use the files in a distributed collaborative environment with their team.

Partnership Program

This Partnership Program is designed to expand market opportunities and increase your profits through attractive margins and service opportunities. In addition to product referrals , there is tremendous opportunities to do pre-sales and post-sale services. ValleySpeak provides partners with the tools, resources and incentives necessary to succeed in the fast growing Project Management solutions market place.

Partnership Activities

The ValleySpeak Partner Program allows partners to engage in multiple activities, thus allowing them to work at their natural pace. We do not box partners into rigid categories but rather allow them to choose from a portfolio of activities to participate in. These activities include the following:
 

  • Refer leads to ValleySpeak.
  • Resell ValleySpeak product and solutions.
  • Provide value added services around ValleySpeak products.
  • Resell ValleySpeak training material (For PMI REPs ONLY).

Partners are not required to predetermine which activities to participate in. They can pick and choose activities as opportunities arise. We will automatically adjust your compensation to reflect your activities.

ValleySpeak Partner Program provides qualified partners with the products, resources, support infrastructure and market opportunity necessary to maximize their sales potential within the Project Management solutions market place.

Advantages Of Being A ValleySpeak Partner

If you currently sell Microsoft products such as MS Project and MS Project Server, you can feel confident in adding ValleySpeak Solutions to the solutions you offer. ValleySpeak solutions will help you sell more MS Project installations and increase user loyalty.
 
While ValleySpeak Solutions are alternatives to the higher cost Microsoft Project Server, they are a completely different market. ValleySpeak solutions cost a fraction of the cost of MS Project Server and is for those companies that do not have the budget or the need for the full power of MS Project Server. Most of our customers would not even consider MS Project Server. In fact, Microsoft itself lists add-ons to MS Project on their web site simply because they understand the positive effect it has on installations and loyalty.
 
Also, most of the prospects for ValleySpeak solutions need help with training not only on ValleySpeak solution but also on MS Project itself as well as general project management consulting. Becoming a ValleySpeak Partner means selling more of the other products you represent, more training assignments, and more consulting agreements.
 
ValleySpeak will also send you training leads and product leads for ValleySpeak products as well as refer prospects and customers to you for other products and services depending on fits to your business.

Partner Revenue Streams

ValleySpeak Partners can earn revenues from multiple stream by doing any of the following activities.

  1. Selling ValleySpeak Project Server
  2. Providing training and solutions around ValleySpeak Project Server
  3. Providing after sales support for ValleySpeak Project Server (needs special training)

Financial Incentives

ValleySpeak Partner Program allows partner companies to offer ValleySpeak products to their customers as a part of a total solution. ValleySpeak is committed to customer care and support, and we will provide our partners with the means to offer superior support to their own customers.

* Value Added Resellers need certification from ValleySpeak after undergoing special training in ValleySpeak products.

Requirements

In order to qualify to become a member of ValleySpeak Partner Program, you must fulfill at least one of the following conditions:
 

  1. Be a Value Added Reseller, Independent Software Vendor, Reseller or other solution provider with an established customer base within the project management solutions market place.
  2. Be a PMI Registered Education Provider.
  3. Be a Project Management consultant organization.

Referral

Partners can provide ValleySpeak with leads and referrals and receive a 10% referral fee from leads that result in a sale.

Reselling

Partners can resell ValleySpeak products to their customers. ValleySpeak will provide interested partners with training in order make them understand the value proposition of our products better.

Value Added Reselling

Partners can resell ValleySpeak products as part of a solution to their customers. They can add value by installing, supporting and maintaining ValleySpeak products. They can also combine ValleySpeak products with other compatible products and solutions to serve their customers.
 
ValleySpeak will train interested partners in installing, supporting and maintaining its products. Upon successful completion of such training, the partner will be designated as “Certified By ValleySpeak” and entitled to sell value added solutions around ValleySpeak products.

Resell Training Materials

Partners who are Project Management Institute (PMI) Registered Education Providers (REP) are allowed to resell ValleySpeak Training courses. Such courses are designed to earn the student 16 PDUs. Any fees collected by reselling courses is 100% retained by the Partner.
 
ValleySpeak will create, maintain and host training courses free of charge and will give exclusive access to its partners.

Commissions

Each month ValleySpeak will send a statement to the partner with details about leads registered. Any commission earned will be paid at the end of each month. For hosted solutions commissions are paid over the first year of hosting or as long as the customer stays with ValleySpeak, which ever is earlier.

Training

ValleySpeak provides partners with ongoing training in its products and solutions. Such training will be in the form of live WebEx demos as well as prerecorded presentations.

Joint Selling

ValleySpeak sales force will work closely with partners in a joint selling environment. Such activities include joint sales calls, sales strategy collaboration and other Go-to-market planning.

Marketing Opportunities

ValleySpeak offers partners co -marketing opportunities such as trade shows, direct mail/email campaigns and webinars. Such opportunities are available on an as-needed and case by case basis.

Qualified Leads

ValleySpeak will allow Certified Value Added Resellers to access qualified leads

Early Release

Each partner is provided early access to all ValleySpeak product releases.

The Partner is not a legal partner of ValleySpeak and cannot bind ValleySpeak to any third party agreement.
